How many of you are getting by with a temperamental locking system.?
- You have to lift the door a bit as you turn the key…….
- You have to pull hard on the handle as you turn…..
- Don’t put the key all the way in…..
- Open and close the door a couple of times and then it should lock….
- We tend to only use the bolts now as the lock is so hard to do…..
These are just some of the ‘tips’ we have come across in order to lock a door!!
There are a number of reasons why your door is not locking as smoothly as intended.
