Our first job today consisted of opening a door for a large hotel chain and changing the lock as the customer had inadvertently taken the key with them. This unfortunately is not an uncommon occurence and we work with a number of hotels and other retailers with multiple branches to maintain access.
How many of you are getting by with a temperamental locking system.? You have to lift the door a bit as you turn the key……. You have to pull hard on the handle as you turn….. Don’t put the key all the way in….. Open and close the door a couple of times and then … Do you have a problem locking your door?
